Before I start I would like to dedicate this post to Tadiwa Mukuna, for teaching me that the best way to combat depression is cooking. From our point of view that is.

This is the dish I am making for you if you visit me and I am in a good mood. I don’t like visitors so that is very unlikely, unless you are a Corah or a Hillary or my blood sister. On to to the quiche. This is a meatless dish so if you are a carnivore you are at the wrong place. This is worth a try tho. Trust me.

You will need:

All your favorite vegetables



2 Eggs


Cooking utensils

Salt and spices

Cooking oil.


Wash your vegetables and clean the utensils.

Cut your vegetables into your favorite shapes.

Fry your vegetables and add salt and spices.

Grate the cheese and mix it with the eggs.

Mix the fried vegetables with the egg and cheese mixture.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes and voila!
